So you wanna do some slinky sexy floorwork, but how do you even get down there without looking like you’re just plopping down for a sit? This workshop focuses on the best transitions and shapes for plus sized folks! We will cover getting into and coming back up from the floor, fun and flirty floor moves, and flexibility moves for those with and without their splits! Kneepads are encouraged.

Are you new to aerial sling (hammock) and want to give it a try? Join us for an all new introductory series. Develop the foundational strength, mobility, and technique that will unlock new heights and prepare you to attend drop-in classes.
In this 5 week series, you will learn foundational moves on the sling including mounts, poses, and transitions.
All genders, bodies, and abilities are encouraged. We are happy to discuss and develop specific accommodations to meet your needs.
